Lawrence A. He has been engaged as an expert witness on alternative entity governance and other corporate issues in litigation arising from transactional matters. Mr. Goldman is a member of the Council of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section, formerly chaired its Middle Market and Small Business Committee, is the author of The New Jersey Limited Liability Company Forms and Practice Manual, and is a frequent speaker, nationally, on corporate and business law matters.
