Lauren Daneman is an associate at Fogelman Law. Prior to her call, Lauren articled with a leading full-service law firm in Ottawa. Lauren was called to the Ontario bar in 2017, and relocated her practice to Toronto shortly thereafter.Lauren previously practised family law in a mid-size, full-service Toronto law firm. This experience gave Lauren a valuable perspective on the many legal issues that impact family law matters, including real estate, corporate law, and tax and estates.Lauren completed the Osgoode Certificate in Family Law Skills and Practice, among other professional development programs.Lauren has experience representing clients in complex custody, access, property, and inter-jurisdictional matters. Lauren also advises clients on pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and assists with wills and estate planning after separation.Lauren is experienced with alternative dispute resolution as an efficient and cost-effective alternative to litigation. When litigation is required or preferred, Lauren has experience in all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Justice, The Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.Outside her legal life, Lauren has a passion for good food, travel, and classic literature.
