Kyle W. Nageotte represents companies of all sizes in a variety of practice areas, concentrating primarily on employment litigation. Mr. Nageotte has successfully represented employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including claims involving class actions, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, trade secrets, and the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).A natural leader, Mr. Nageotte is a past-Chair of the California Young Lawyers Association (CYLA), the largest association of young lawyers in the nation, which is now part of the newly-formed California Lawyers Association. In this role, he advocated on behalf of more than 50,000 CYLA members in California and worked closely with other Sections of the California Lawyers Association to provide training and continuing education opportunities to new attorneys across California. His leadership and community service experience also includes serving as the six-time Co-Chair of the Tom Homann LGBT Law Association’s Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony, and as a member of the University of San Diego School of Law’s LGBT Alumni Scholarship Committee.Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Nageotte was a lobbyist in San Diego. In law school, he was selected as a National Member of The Order of Barristers for outstanding courtroom advocacy, and he was a member of the University of San Diego’s award-winning National Mock Trial Team.
