He advises on all aspects of domestic and international tax law, including corporate structuring and reorganizations, private wealth and estate planning, business succession planning, immigration/emigration, purchase and sale transactions, and structuring professional groups.Kyle takes pride in providing practical solutions that are tax-efficient, communicated in a clear, straightforward manner. As a specialist, he frequently collaborates with clients’ existing advisors to deliver integrated plans that meet the client’s unique needs and priorities.Kyle is a frequent speaker and author on tax topics for the Canadian Tax Foundation, Law Society of Ontario, Ontario Bar Association, Chartered Professional Accountants Ontario, and other organizations. He is a current member of the Programming Committee for the Ontario Tax Conference and a former member of the CTF Toronto Young Practitioners Steering Committee.Before joining Thorsteinssons, Kyle practiced with the tax group of a large national law firm and was a clerk at the Federal Court of Canada.
