She is also trained in Collaborative Family Law (Levels 1 and 2).Committed to mentorship and professional development within Epstein Cole and the broader legal community, Kristin is the firm's Associate Partner, managing the Associate Development Program and overseeing the firm’s internal and external Continuing Legal Education.She has authored and researched various academic papers on family law issues including pensions, marriage contracts, the tax implications of divorce, support for adult children, parenting plans for young children, parental alienation, income and property issues for self-employed parties, Support and Divorcemate calculations, and property division. Kristin has co-authored a chapter in a textbook on property rights and obligations under the Family Law Act and been published in Money and Family Law Quarterly.
