Katja Replianchuk is a senior associate in the investment funds team at POELLATH in Berlin.She has been a member of POELLATH’s investment funds department since 2020. Her focus is on advising German and international fund managers on fund structuring and fund regulatory law.She has particular expertise in the distribution of financial instruments (marketing, pre-marketing). She is passionate about supporting clients from the initial idea to the successful launch of a fund.She studied law at Humboldt-University of Berlin and at Westfälische Wilhelms-University Muenster with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (Executive MBA 2022-2024). She admitted to the bar in 2020 and joined POELLATH the same year.
