Kate represents clients in family law litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. She also assists clients with the negotiation and preparation of domestic contracts, including cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts.Kate is a member of the Personal Rights Panel of the Office of the Children’s Lawyer and represents children in child protection and high-conflict parenting cases.
