Joseph is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in Civil Litigation. He practices primarily in the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He has been involved in a number of court cases which have had a significant impact on the development of jurisprudence in the Province of Ontario.
