Joseph Palmieri’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with a particular emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. He has acted for both purchasers and vendors in a number of domestic, international and cross-border M&A transactions and on securities offerings, including initial public offerings, private placement financings and corporate reorganizations. Joseph’s experience is spread across in a wide array of industries, including aviation, technology, retail, infrastructure, manufacturing, government and life science sectors. Joseph is also a member of our special situations team, which encompasses Canada's leading hostile M&A, shareholder activism and complex reorganization transactions and our Canadian transactional representation and warranty insurance practice in which he routinely advises insurers in the underwriting of representation and warranty insurance policies.
