In particular, he concentrates on land use and zoning diligence and applications for discretionary approvals with governmental agencies including the New York City Planning Commission, Department of City Planning, Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and the Board of Standards and Appeals.Joseph also prepares and assists clients with applications for New York City’s Voluntary and Mandatory Inclusionary Housing programs.
