About Jorge
Jorge Lanz is a graduate of Universidad Anáhuac del Norte, where he obtained his law degree with special emphasis in Civil and Commercial Law. For more than 20 years, he has developed an outstanding legal practice in Civil and Commercial Litigation, as well as in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. His experience has been particularly focused on complex matters of Civil Liability, Corporate Conflicts, litigation related to trusts and Commercial Arbitration, representing both companies and individuals. In the academic field, he complements his professional practice as a specialized teacher by teaching Electronic Commerce and Electronic Signatures in the Specialty of Commercial Law at the prestigious Escuela Libre de Derecho. Likewise, he is a professor of the subject of Mortgage Judgment in the Specialty of Procedural Law at the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Guadalajara.
