John has extensive expertise in multiparty construction disputes and has been involved in delay claims, cost overrun disputes, changes, construction lien claims, breach of trust claims, surety bond claims, and bidding and tendering claims. John also has experience in domestic and international arbitrations and mediations.John is a certified specialist in construction law by the Law Society of Ontario.
