This experience, coupled with her articles completed at Stikeman Elliott LLP, where she had a secondment at the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission, has equipped her with a sophisticated understanding of financial regulations and securities law. She also gained critical experience as a summer student at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health’s Legal Services Department, assisting with proceedings before the Consent and Capacity Board and the Ontario Review Board – a role that honed her skills in navigating complex legal proceedings related to vulnerable individuals.

She earned her law degree from Queen’s University, graduating with the third-highest standing in her class.
