She is also an experienced management-side labour lawyer and routinely advises unionized clients on collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitration matters.Jennifer has appeared before human rights tribunals, labour boards, arbitration boards, and all levels of the courts in both Alberta and Saskatchewan.
