Jeffrey 'Jeff' Marvan is a distinguished attorney at MarvanLaw, A.P.C., a boutique firm specializing in probate litigation, trust litigation, estate planning, guardianships, and conservatorships. After graduating from UC Davis’ King Hall School of Law, Jeff began his legal career as a public defender in Yolo County where he handled misdemeanors, felonies, juvenile delinquencies, dependencies, and LPS Conservatorships over four years. This experience honed his trial skills which continue to mature within the trusts and estates arena.

Jeff has also served as a professor of Wills and Trusts at Glendale University College of Law for two years and frequently presents on trusts and estates issues for several notable organizations including the Los Angeles County Bar Association, State Bar of California Board of Trustees, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association Estate Planning Counsel, Pincus Professional Education, and PFAC.
Currently, Jeff is the Secretary/Treasurer of the LACBA Trusts and Estate Committee and has been a chairperson of the Court Appointed Counsel Training Committee since 2020.
