Jeff has extensive experience in matters relating to experimental licensing for military, homeland security and other high-tech applications, as well as the FCC’s regulation of unlicensed devices. Jeff has vast experience in licensing matters relevant to both commercial providers, as well as private users of FCC-authorized facilities, and he has substantial experience representing clients in matters relating to transfers of control/assignments, E911, resale, universal service/E-Rate, LNP, interconnection and auctions.Jeff’s experience with respect to international communications issues includes international frequency coordination, and cross-border service/interference issues, as well as administrative rulemaking proceedings.
