My main activity is focussed on litigation and arbitration of contractual content, agency and distribution, inheritance and wills, mortgage, competition law, corporate lawsuits and lawsuits arising from the purchase and sale of companies, liability of directors, financial instruments, class actions, leases and bankruptcy law. Before founding AVQ, I practised at Torralba y Asociados and Garrigues Abogados, in the latter case as director of the Procedural Law department in the Barcelona office. I was an associate professor at the Abat Oliba University, the International University of Catalonia (UIC) and the ESADE Ramon Llull University. I currently teach Civil Litigation and Professional Ethics as part of the Master's Degree in Law at the Abat Oliba CEU University in Barcelona.
