About Isaac
Isaac Westling is an attorney in Spicer Rudstrom’s Knoxville office, licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Florida, and is a certified Tennessee Rule 31 Mediator specializing in civil law disputes.Isaac graduated Cum Laude from Florida Southwestern State College, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Safety Administration. Upon moving to Tennessee, Isaac attended Lincoln Memorial University, School of Law. While there, he was elected to many leadership positions. Most notably, Isaac served the Student Bar Association as Senator, Vice President, and President and was a competing member of LMU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution team. While there, he also achieved academic success, being awarded two Cali Excellence for the Future honors (given to the highest grade-point average) in Civil Procedure and Evidence before graduating Cum Laude in 2021.Isaac’s practice includes insurance defense, specifically in the areas of general, premises, and professional liability litigation. He also focuses on workers' compensation and alternative dispute resolution. During his practice, Isaac has most enjoyed the technical process of litigation, utilizing alternative dispute resolution, and the challenge of taking a case to trial.Isaac is a member of the Hamilton Burnett Inns of Court, the Tennessee and Florida Bar Associations, and the Knoxville Bar Association, where he serves on the executive committee as Member-at-Large and as a co-chair of the Mock Trial Committee for the Knoxville Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division.
