Howard Sinor has extensive trial and appellate experience spanning more than three decades. He has handled hundreds of cases at all levels of the federal and state judicial systems, up to and including the United States and Louisiana Supreme Courts. He is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration, mediation, and summary trials.Howard's experience in the practice of commercial litigation is broad and deep, and includes class action, multi-district, and other complex litigation. He has handled cases involving construction, environmental, corporate, securities, contract, technology, intellectual property, banking, health care, products liability, and antitrust claims. He has been recognized as a leader in the field of commercial litigation by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers. He is a member of the ABA Sections of Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Howard has also been selected by Best Lawyers in America in the fields of construction law and construction litigation. He has represented contractors and subcontractors, as well as owners, in litigated and arbitrated construction disputes. He advises such parties, as well as design professionals, with respect to construction law issues and has experience in negotiating and drafting construction related documents.
