I have particular experience in international arbitration, representing both businesses and governments in disputes involving major energy projects, development projects and privatizations among other matters.Arbitration I regularly serve as an arbitrator and mediator. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and ICDR and a mediator for Federal Court sponsored mediation.
