Haley Hogue is a managing associate in Dentons Sirote’s Birmingham, Alabama office, where she is a member of the Corporate practice group focusing on assisting clients in a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate structure and mergers and acquisitions.Haley graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law with her JD. During law school, Haley served as both Managing Editor and a Junior Editor of the Law and Psychology Review and was the Secretary of the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society. She also served as a board member for the Alabama Law Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Team, the Career Services Student Board, the Entrepreneurship & Nonprofit Legal Clinic, the Business Law Society, the Student Alumni Association, the Christian Legal Society, and the Dorbin Society. In 2020, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Consumer Protection. Haley also received the Dean’s Community Service Award for completing over 40 hours of community service.Haley graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During her undergraduate studies, Haley was on the President’s List every year and served as an Honors College Ambassador, the UA Dance Marathon Event Coordinator, a UA Town Hall Leader, and the Director of Special Events for the SGA Homecoming Executive Board.
