LLB from Universitat de Girona and LLM from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE), Gloria Reig has spent nearly her entire professional career working within the Labor Law area of Cuatrecasas, a firm she joined in 2000 following a 2-year period at Ernst&Young. She became a partner of Crowe Legal y Tributario in 2017.She advises both national and international companies of different industries on Labor Law and Social Security matters, regarding both recurring and specific issues (restructuring processes, labor force adjustment plans, amendment of collective and individual labor conditions, collective bargaining, equality schemes, work-family/personal balance policies and harassment prevention protocols). She is an expert in labor litigation and senior management consultancy.
