As the lead in our white-collar defense practice, Glenn offers guidance on regulatory and compliance issues, dealing with cases related to the Stark Act, the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and various types of fraud including commodities, securities, and accounting fraud, as well as mail and wire fraud, grand larceny, and money laundering.
