Mr. Frank is a founding partner of Frank, Gale, Bails, Murcko & Pocrass, P.C., where he has been the President and Chief Executive Officer since 1990. He has served (by appointment of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court) as Vice Chair of the Appellate Procedural Rules Committee and currently serves (by appointment of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court) as a Chair of the Rules of Evidence Committee. Mr. Frank was a member of the Joint State Government Commission, which drafted the 2005 amendments to the Divorce Code. Mr. Frank was honored by Best Lawyers in America in 2014 as the Best Family Law Attorney in Pittsburgh and for being listed for twenty consecutive years in the publication. He has served as Chair (by election) of the Family Law Council of the Allegheny County Bar Association and as a member of the Family Law Council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
