About Frédéric
Frédéric is a lawyer and member of our Labour and Employment Law group.Frédéric’s practice encompasses all areas of labour and employment law, including individual employment relations and collective bargaining. Consequently, he supports employers in both litigious and non-litigious matters, with an approach focused on achieving reasonable and satisfactory outcomes for clients. He advises employers at both the federal and provincial levels on a variety of issues, including labour relations, labour standards, collective agreement obligations and human rights. He represents employers before administrative tribunals and courts of justice.Frédéric also advises companies on labour and employment legal matters related to business transactions, and assists in the development and review of employment-related documents, including employment contracts and company policies.A graduate of the Université de Montréal, Frédéric holds a Bachelor of Civil Law. Prior to his law studies, Frédéric earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication (Journalism) from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
