He is ranked as "Up & Coming" by Chambers & Partners since 2019 and "Highly Regarded" by IFLR1000 (2019).Fernando holds a law degree from Universidad Panamericana, a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Pritzker School of Law (2004) and a Certificate in Business from Kellogg School of Management (2004), both from Northwestern University.
