His recent work includes acting for international streaming services in a challenge to new internet regulations worth $200 million annually to the streaming industry, advising on a confidential investigation by the Competition Bureau, successfully defending a Canadian technology company and its executives in a commercial arbitration worth several hundred million dollars, and defending one of the largest public company acquisitions in Canada this year.
