With more than 20 years of experience in commercial law, she has advised both national and international clients in corporate matters, leading projects of mergers and acquisitions of companies, business reorganizations, transformations, international contracting, financing, dissolution and liquidation of companies, joint ventures, Due Diligences, negotiation and execution of corporate agreements. She has also experience in the startup sector.She has also acted as Secretary to the Board of Directors of several entities, some of them in the financial sector. She is a lawyer and member of the Vigo Bar Association.
