Mr. Olsen also practices before the appellate courts and has appeared in numerous cases before the Nevada Supreme Court and Nevada Court of Appeals, as well as the Ninth Circuit, Second Circuit, and Federal Circuit courts of appeals.He is a graduate of the University of Southern California (BA 1980) and of the Seattle University School of Law (JD 1986).
