About Emmanuel
Emmanuel MANSILLON holds a Master's degree in business law and taxation from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a DJCE-DESS in business law and taxation from the University of Poitiers as well as a Certificate of Higher Studies in tax law from the University of Montpellier. He worked as an associate at Thomas & associés, then at NomoS and then at Hoche Avocats. In 2010, he became a partner at Victor Avocats, where he met up with former members of NomoS. In 2019, he joins CORNET VINCENT SEGUREL as a partner. Former lecturer in corporate law at the DJCEEmmanuel MANSILLON advises all types of stakeholders (industrial groups, SMEs, investors, transferors and managers) in their complex projects in various sectors of activity including energy, environment (water treatment, district heating, soil engineering), leisure, new technologies, webmedia and biotechnologies.
