About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Lindsey is a shareholder practicing in the Domestic Relations and Family Law section. Her practice is devoted to the representation of clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, pre-nuptial agreements, alimony, legitimation, and paternity.Elizabeth is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. She is also a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, for which she serves on the Board of Governors. She is Chair of the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has served as Chairperson of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. She is a Master in the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court. Elizabeth is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the State Bar Associations of both Georgia and North Carolina, and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She is admitted to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.Elizabeth has been recognized repeatedly by GeorgiaTrend magazine in an annual list of top lawyers, determined by the votes of other lawyers, as one of Georgia’s “Legal Elite.” Elizabeth has been selected by her peers each year since 2004 to be included in the list of Georgia Super Lawyers.
