Beth regularly advises purchasers, vendors and target companies on merger and acquisition transactions. She also has extensive experience in general commercial matters, financial services, leasing, contract review and corporate governance. In addition to providing general corporate advice to clients, Beth has expertise in structuring, negotiating and implementing strategic alliances (including partnerships and joint ventures) and reorganizations.
