Mr. Densborn is a business lawyer who serves diverse companies, investors, developers and entrepreneurs in an array of acquisition, disposition, conveyancing, financing, fundraising, development, operating, and recapitalization transactions. His work also includes consultative, governance, compliance and property law aspects. He is a past chair of the Business Law Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association and is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee and the Acquisition Financing Subcommittee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. Appointed as a Commissioner by the Governor in 1998, Mr. Densborn participates at the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, where he has served on the Drafting Committees for the Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act and the Business Organizations Act and also has worked on numerous other products, including Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Mr. Densborn has been recognized as a leading business lawyer by Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, as a Who’s Who in both law and finance by the Indianapolis Business Journal, and as an Indiana Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Magazine. Before law school, he studied finance at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and there was initiated into Beta Gamma Sigma business honorary fraternity. He completed work on both his BS and JD degrees magna cum laude.
