Dennis Concilla practices securities law, business law and litigation at Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP, where he provides counsel to securities broker-dealers, investment advisors, registered representatives and banking institutions. CPM’s Securities Practice Group, headed by Dennis Concilla, is nationally recognized as a leader in the field of securities recruiting law and has represented numerous national and regional securities and investment firms. Dennis served as Legal Counsel to the Ohio Senate Majority, District Director of the 12th Ohio Congressional District and was an Assistant Attorney General for Ohio. Dennis has served as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers “NASD”) and trained arbitrators for the NASD. He has appeared before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and its predecessor the NASD, the New York Stock Exchange, the Commodities and Futures Trading Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Ohio Division of Securities and other state regulators.
