David’s experience ranges across a variety of project delivery models, including design-build, EPC/EPCM and P3 models, in relation to a broad spectrum of claims involving delay, deficiencies, breach of contract, insurance disputes, construction liens and breach of trust.David also has significant experience representing insurers and their insureds in professional liability matters, coverage disputes and subrogated recovery claims.In addition to his dispute resolution practice, David regularly collaborates with other members of the firm to provide strategic guidance on contract reviews, negotiations, and the bidding and tendering processes.
