After 30 years of defending health care providers and hospital systems in medical malpractice cases, David Olesky now proudly represents victims of medical malpractice and their families. David and his medical-legal team have joined Les Weisbrod in the National Birth Injury & Medical Negligence practice at Miller Weisbrod Olesky. Prior to joining Miller Weisbrod Olesky, David was Vice Chair of the Health Care Professional Liability practice at an Am Law 100 firm. David has handled complex litigation matters in Texas and other states in all types of cases related to catastrophic injuries or death, but with a special focus on birth injury cases.
