Darien K. He represents owners, construction managers, general contractors, and sureties in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction defect claims, payment and performance bond claims, mechanic’s lien claims, and delay claims.Darien earned his B.A. from the University at Buffalo and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, he served as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Minority Law Students Alliance, and was Secretary of the Black Law Students Association.His professional accomplishments include recognition by Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” (2025) and Super Lawyers (2025).
