About Danielle
Danielle Pierre's legal practice is focused on the representation of management clients in labor and employment law issues.Danielle is an experienced litigator solely representing employers in labor and employment law matters including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, grievance arbitration, and other employment contract disputes. She routinely provides valuable advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of employment-related issues including the draft and review of personnel policies and handbooks, hiring practices, and claims of workplace harassment and discrimination, among others.While in law school, Danielle served as a Staff Writer and Associate Editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, and was actively involved in the Black Law Students Association, serving as Historian and Social Chair. Upon graduation, served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Greta Gooden Brown in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey and later as an FSA Law Clerk in the United States Attorneys' Office.Danielle is an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, teaching the course component of the Judicial Externship Program, providing her with the opportunity to guide and mentor developing lawyers. A proponent of giving back to the community, Danielle is a Board Member for The Children Heritage Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to improve the lives of underprivileged children in Haiti through education programs and local partnerships.
