About Daniel
Daniel is widely recognized as a leading litigator for commercial, civil, and regulatory disputes. He has a broad practice that includes contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency, administrative law, employment matters, professional negligence and fraud. He appears before all levels of court in Ontario and before a variety of regulatory tribunals. Daniel founded Naymark Law in 2015, after practicing for several years at a top Bay Street litigation boutique. Before that, Daniel clerked for the judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto and practiced at a large, full-service Bay Street firm. Daniel has held several community leadership appointments and board positions. He holds a J.D. (2008) from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and a B.A. (2004) in economics and philosophy from Huron College at Western University.
