Besides his experience as a lawyer, Daniel is a Professor of master courses in Business Law.He authored the books: “O contrato de concessão comercial e o Direito da Concorrência” and “Recuperação Judicial após a Falência”, as well as several papers on Corporate Law.Additionally, Daniel is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr).
