Danny is an accomplished trial and appellate lawyer. He leads TGF’s construction and infrastructure practices.Danny regularly acts for public and private companies in construction, lien and insurance disputes. He has litigated disputes involving mines, transit systems, highways, railway systems, tunnels, aircraft, housing and condominium developments and environmental failures. Danny has worked on cases involving some of Ontario’s most complex infrastructure projects, including most recently the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, the expansion of Hwy 427 and the Ottawa Combined Sewage Stormwater tunnel.Danny frequently appears before all levels of court in Ontario and before arbitral and regulatory tribunals as lead counsel. He has extensive experience with real-time litigation, including bringing and defending injunctions. Danny is often asked to sit on bench and bar committees.Aside from his construction practice, Danny is an accomplished commercial litigator. He has experience litigating shareholder, director and officer, estates, franchise and executive employment disputes.
