Craig also acts for secured creditors, court-appointed receivers, monitors and trustees, purchasers, and debtors in commercial restructuring and insolvency proceedings and out-of-court arrangements. Craig has appeared as counsel before the Commercial Court, Bankruptcy Court, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal.
