About Colleen
Colleen Arsenault is a partner at Beard Winter LLP. She practises exclusively with the insurance group, dealing with tort matters encompassing disability benefits, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, occupier’s liability matters, product liability, construction, CGL issues, coverage issues, subrogation and general bodily injury claims. Colleen has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. Over the course of her career, she has conducted hundreds of Examinations for Discovery. She is a tireless advocate for her clients’ interests and finds the personal relationship aspect of her practice to be both interesting and rewarding. She is active at the firm having served on both the articling committee (currently as co-chair) and as an articling student principal for a number of years. She often speaks at events for new lawyers, and volunteers with the Women’s Law Association of Ontario.
