For that reason, Christopher’s clients have retained him to act as counsel on critical time-sensitive matters of national importance, such as with respect to the unlawful blockading of Canada Post’s facilities in 2018 (in which Christopher acted as lead litigation counsel for Canada Post nationally and in Ontario), and the railway blockades in 2020. In both cases, Fasken successfully obtained injunctions in various jurisdictions across the country to bring an end to the widely reported unlawful blockade activities.
