About Christina
Christina has wide experience litigating in both federal and state courts. Currently, she handles all aspects of complex commercial litigation in courts around the country, including New York, New Jersey, and Florida. In particular, Christina litigates complex civil lawsuits involving various claims, including under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, fraud, unjust enrichment, and other state law claims.Before joining Rivkin Radler, Christina served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division, Christina prosecuted and investigated a wide array of felony cases, including attempted murder, kidnapping, burglary, gun possession, robbery, and theft-related offenses. Christina developed strong litigation skills and gained invaluable courtroom experience serving as lead counsel in numerous felony jury trials.
