Chris Beckett was born in Windsor, Ontario and raised in London where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario. He then moved to Toronto to attend Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating in 1996.After graduating, Chris returned to his home town of London, Ontario to practice law. Chris was called to the bar in 1998, and started his first law firm, Ledroit Beckett, in 1999.
