Cheryl Howell Oswalt is a shareholder in Dentons Sirote’s Tuscaloosa, Alabama office, where she is a member of the Litigation practice group. She has years of experience in representing financial institutions and members of the mortgage banking industry and assisting clients with various mortgage and title issues. Cheryl defends financial institutions, mortgagees and mortgage servicers from a variety of claims, including wrongful foreclosure, predatory lending, and FCRA, TILA, FDCPA, and RESPA violations. She represents an Alabama electric cooperative with respect to its buildout of a major fiber network in Northwest Alabama.
