About Carlos
Carlos G. Guerrero Orozco is a litigation attorney and anti-corruption consultant based in Mexico City. He is a partner at the litigation firm López Melih y Estrada Abogados and co-founder of the non-profit DLM Mexico, which defends human rights through strategic litigation. He has advised and represented public and private companies, individuals, and international institutions including the Inter-American Development Bank, Transparency International, and the Cyrus Vance Center for International Justice (NYC Bar Association). He has spoken at the U.S. Congress, the Paris Peace Forum, and the Summit of the Americas, and has taught Administrative Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City.
