About Brittany
An associate at Young Moore, Brittany focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and health care compliance. She represents clients in the areas of business litigation, transportation defense, and eminent domain. Brittany also advises and defends providers and professionals of long term care facilities. She also serves as a member of Young Moore’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.Brittany earned her BA in political science from American University and her law degree magna cum laude from Campbell Law School. During law school, she served as a moot court competitor, contracts teaching scholar, research assistant for ethics and criminal law, and judicial extern at the North Carolina Supreme Court for Justice Paul Newby. After competing in five moot court competitions and winning a regional title, she was selected for membership in The Order of Barristers, the national society recognizing outstanding performance in the art of advocacy. Brittany’s involvement in advocacy during law school instilled in her a passion for fervent representation that she brings to each of her clients.Outside the office, Brittany enjoys watching football, writing poetry, and spending time with her German Shepherd.
