About Brian
Brian Ross is a founding partner at Canada’s largest Criminal Lawyer Toronto Brian Ross criminal law firm, Rusonik, O’Connor, Ross & Angelini, LLP. Prior to founding this firm, Brian was a partner at Pinkofskys, a leading law firm famous for its vigorous defence of its clients. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Psychology, and authoring several journal publications in this area, Mr. Ross attended Osgoode Hall Law School. He immediately established himself there in the area of criminal law by becoming a Criminal Division leader at the Community and Legal Aid Services Program (C.L.A.S.P.) While at law school, he was also a member of the Innocence Project, a clinical program that investigates and represents persons claiming to be wrongfully convicted, and worked extensively on the brief in support of the Grant of Executive Clemency for Leonard Peltier. With twenty years of experience, he has represented, and continues to represent, people charged with all types of criminal offences. No case is too big. No case is too small. No case is too tough. While his office is in downtown Toronto, Mr. Ross is also a known criminal lawyer in Brampton and Mississauga (Peel Region), Whitby and Oshawa (Durham Region), and Newmarket and surrounding areas (York Region).
